Beginner – Fun basic class tailored for those with little to no dance training, or people who have danced before and are just getting back into it.
Intermediate - People who have had dance training or experience before and are looking to learn as well as have fun.
Advanced – Those with dance experience or those keen for a challenge.
Open – All levels welcome and variations can be given.
Come along and get fit the dance way. In this funky stylised class we transition through moves to burn calories and shake our booties to sweat and tone up. Each class consists of a number of fun filled dance combinations accompanied by a great range of popular hit songs and a short stretch at the end to finish. Definitely a satisfying workout and you will find you reap the benefits.

Ballet is a great class to either start to learn the wonderful art form of ballet, or if you have a background in classical ballet and want to get back to it, or you don't want to stop because you have 'aged out' of your dance school. Our beginner class will be broken down focusing on basic ballet technique for those just starting out and our Inter to Adv classes are great for those that have experience and are looking to move a little bit faster. Either way ballet is a beautiful art form that can be enjoyed by anyone.

If you have never hit a tap beat in your life, there is no need to stress. We will start right at the beginning. Beginner Tap is a fun way to learn the basics of a wonderful dance style and get fit at the same time. Start anytime and make use of street shoes until you decide to purchase tap shoes. However, if you want to tap out those rhythms with your feet and are up for the challenge, Inter to Adv Tap is a great way to get fit and to tone up, (especially great for the butt and legs) whilst get those toes moving. This class is for those with tap experience.

At TDF a typical Jazz class will begin with a warm up focused on stretching and isolating different body parts. The class then progresses to jazz moves ( kicks, turns, jumps etc.). A short step by step routine is taught accompanied by popular music appropriate to the jazz style. We will mix it up the genre each week so you don't get bored. Classes will end with cool down and stretching. Beginner will focus on learning the style and Inter to Adv will be for those with experience.
